Ferrum Build is a construction company. Our own team builds, and our own software plans, checks and bills the work. Hire us to manage, to build selected packages, or to deliver the whole building.

What we do
Our own site team does the work. Specialist or overflow packages go to subcontractors we check first, under the same supervision.
Planning, scheduling, supervision and quality checks at set hold points, whoever does the work: us, our subcontractors or your contractor.
Measurements and bills are checked against the agreed scope before payment is due. Each milestone bill follows a passed quality check.
Service modes
Modes can be combined on one project: for each work package we agree who builds it, who supplies the material and whether we manage it.
You keep your own contractor and buy materials through your own contacts. We plan, supervise, check quality and certify your contractor's measurements and bills before you pay them.
We build only the packages you choose, such as the structure, waterproofing or electrical work. The rest can stay with your own contractor, with or without our project management.
We build and supply everything, from site setup to handover, under one contract and one point of accountability.
