How is Pro pricing structured?

The same tiers apply across all 9 subscription products — LandIntel, DesignStudio, Structura, BOQ Pro, ProMarket, Ferrum Projects, Procura, InvestFlow, and CommunityBuild. Transact is the tenth product on the platform but is not sold on these tiers: it currently offers informational estimators only and carries no subscription charge.
When should I move to Enterprise?
