From enquiry to handover
Every project follows the same path. Each step is recorded, so you can see what was agreed, what was checked and what was billed.
The path
Seven steps, in this order
Step 1: Enquiry
Tell us about the building: its use, location, approximate area, stage and which service mode you are considering. We confirm whether we can serve your area.
You receive a reference only once your enquiry is saved.
Step 2: Site visit
An engineer visits to record measurements, photos, access and ground conditions. The visit report becomes part of your project record.
A visit request is a request until we confirm a time with you.
Step 3: Reviewed scope and quote
We agree the work packages and who does each one. Quantities come from your frozen drawings, and prices come from dated, sourced supplier prices. You choose brands and grades and see how each choice moves the total.
Any early figure is labelled indicative. A quote is not issued while a required price is missing or out of date, and every revision is kept.
Step 4: Contract
The agreement sets out the scope, the price, how price changes are handled, and a payment schedule tied to construction stages.
Step 5: Build with quality hold points
Work proceeds stage by stage. At each hold point a quality engineer checks the work against its checklist, with photos, before the next stage starts.
Changes to scope need your approval before any extra work or charge.
Step 6: Milestone billing
When a stage passes its quality check, its milestone bill is raised. Where your own contractor bills you, we verify the measurements and certify the bill first.
Step 7: Handover
A snag list, a final inspection, as-built documents and the warranty terms from your contract. Warranty claims after handover are tracked to closure.
